Angela Moore is the President and Founder of the Friends of Mario Lanza (F.O.M.L.) fan club in Rugby, England. This busy lady also holds the positions of Treasurer and Secretary. Opening its doors to Mario's fans in 1996, this popular fan club is enjoying its ever-growing membership.
The F.O.M.L. host their Annual Meeting and get-together, usually around the third week of September. It is a fun-filled weekend of activities including music, singing, dinners, auctions and much more. This function allows F.O.M.L. members from all over the world an opportunity to meet and share stories about Mario. Damon Lanza, Mario's son, and Bob Dolfi, associate and close family friend, attend most every year. They have fondly nick-named the F.O.M.L. as "Mario's second Home."
The price to become a F.O.M.L. fan club member and receive their newsletter, which is published 6 times a year, for England is £15 sterling for single / £20 sterling for double and for America is $35. Please send your membership fees to Angela Moore at:

12th ANNUAL MEETING
The Friends of Mario Lanza Fan Club - Rugby, England 2008
Since the inception of The Friends of Mario Lanza Fan Club (F.O.M.L.) in Rugby, England, a general get-together has taken place every year. Fans from all over the world come to join the festivities and to spend one of the most fun-filled weekends ever put together.
The camaraderie shared with this club is the best of all the fans clubs
in the world. Angela Moore, President & Founder, Bob Davies, Chairman
& Newsletter Editor, Joan Marsden, Assistant Chairman and all the
Committee members work very hard throughout the year to make this a
great reality. Records, CDs, sheet music, pictures, books and much more
are just a small portion of what gets auctioned off. One year we even
auctioned off Damon Lanza to raise money for the club (joke).
If you're free this September 19th-22nd, 2008, come to Rugby, England and join in all the fun with many Lanza fans. In addition to spending quality time with other Lanza fans and enjoying wonderful meals, there will be quizzes, auctions and goods for sale. Below are the cost and location details. Please note that all costs are in Pounds Sterling and
not Euros.

If anyone wishes to have meals only, please ask Angela for prices.
For people living in England, a deposit of £20 per person, non-returnable, is due upon booking.
People from abroad may make the full payment upon arrival because the committee realizes it is difficult for them to get the currency.
Rooms are singles, twins & doubles. Some doubles have four poster beds. Please state any preference when booking. There are also rooms with facilities for the disabled if required.
All cheques to be made payable to F.O.M.L., not to Angela Moore or to the Woodville Hotel.
Please make all bookings through Angela, not the hotel.
Once the Woodville Hotel becomes fully booked, Angela will look into
other nearby hotels for the oveflow.
